Common Questions

Frequently asked.

How many Pokemon booster packs does the Slim Pack Tower 2.0 hold?

The Slim Pack Tower 2.0 holds up to 456 Pokemon booster packs across 24 aisles using the standard 22mm coils. For Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) and tin sets, optional 50mm coils are available which adjusts capacity downward to fit the larger product. The same machine also accommodates Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other sealed TCG products.

Why is the Slim Pack Tower 2.0 cheaper than $10K–$15K Pokemon kiosks?

VTM engineered out the most expensive component of traditional Pokemon vending machines: the robotic elevator arm. Competing kiosks use a complex motorized lift to "catch" each booster pack as it falls — a $5,000+ mechanical workaround for an under-engineered coil. The Slim Pack Tower 2.0 uses a custom 22mm precision coil sized to the exact width of a Pokemon pack, paired with a clear acrylic top-loader case. Same Gem Mint pack delivery, larger 43" touchscreen, fraction of the cost. Read the full breakdown: Why Pokemon Vending Machines Are So Expensive.

Where can I place a Slim Pack Tower 2.0?

Almost anywhere. Pokemon vending isn't age-gated, licensed, or zone-restricted like vape vending. It's kid-friendly with great optics for the host location, so placement venues love hosting these machines. Best fits for the 220-lb floor-standing footprint: family entertainment centers, malls, hotels, hospitals, libraries, gyms, conference venues, hobby shops, comic stores, and TCG event spaces. Requires a 34"×24" floor area and a standard 110V outlet.

How do I install a Slim Pack Tower 2.0?

The machine ships fully assembled from our Cleveland, Ohio warehouse and weighs 220 lbs. LTL freight delivers to all 50 U.S. states and every Canadian province. Installation requires a standard 110V outlet and a flat surface approximately 34 inches wide by 24 inches deep. Most operators have it operational within 30 minutes: connect power, configure pricing through the VTM Vending mobile app, and load product. Cellular signal works out of the box with the included 4G data plan, or connect to local WiFi.

What else do I need besides the machine?

Three things: (1) a 30-pack of top-loader vending cases ($39, restock supply that makes the 22mm coil work), (2) Pokemon booster pack inventory sourced wholesale, and (3) a placement location. The machine arrives fully assembled — plug into a standard 110V outlet and you're vending.

What kind of support comes with the Slim Pack Tower 2.0?

Every Slim Pack Tower 2.0 includes a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering all hardware, electronics, and software. The US-based VTM support team is available via live chat, phone, and email from our Cleveland, Ohio office during business hours. The machine also includes a 1-year subscription to the VTM Vending platform for inventory management, pricing, and remote monitoring. After year one, the platform subscription is $29 per month.

What is covered under the 1-year warranty?

The warranty covers the touchscreen, payment system (Nayax VPOS Touch), coil mechanisms, lock hardware, electronics, and software. Defective parts are replaced at no cost and shipped from Cleveland. Wear-and-tear consumables like lights and fuses are covered for the first 90 days. The Slim Pack Tower 2.0 is also backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return the machine in original condition for a full refund if it is not the right fit for your retail location.

How much profit can I make with a Slim Pack Tower 2.0?

Net profit averages $5 to $10 per pack sold depending on the booster set and your retail price. Most operators move 5 to 20 packs per day based on location traffic. At an average of 10 packs per day at $7 net profit per pack, the Slim Pack Tower 2.0 generates roughly $2,100 per month per location. With 24 aisles and capacity for 456 packs, the machine is engineered for high-volume environments where sell-through justifies the larger footprint. Use the VTM profit calculator to model your specific location.

Easy and Functional for 3 Monitor Setup
Size: 13"-27", Style: Triple
Some assembly required. Used this to re-configure my 3 monitor setup. 2 27" monitors across the bottom and a 20-ish" monitor up top. First and foremost, anything bigger than 27" on the bottom two and it will not work. The span was just barely long enough for my application and still allow for any articulation of the monitors. I would prefer to have them angle towards me just a little more, but it works. Assembly was straight-forward. Instructions were pretty clear as far as the pictures go. I didnt actually read the text, but thats pretty much how obvious it is to assemble and mount the monitors. The tubing and clamps feel heavy-duty. With the exception of a drill, drill bits, and phillips head screw driver, they provide the tools and hardware necessary to assemble, mount and adjust the monitors, to include longer screws and offsets for the monitors if required. Installation on my desk went well. I used the through hole option strictly due to the desk not being able to accomodate the clamp. Word of caution... with all three monitors hung on the mount, this thing is HEAVY and all supported by just the main tube. If you use the clamp option, make sure your desktop/tabletop will allow the clamp to fully seat. Otherwise, you run the risk of it slipping loose and you'll be wearing the monitors if you happen to be sitting in front of them when it comes down. Once all the monitors are mounted, the overall setup is surprisingly sturdy considering the size of the main support tube. Yes, it will wobble some, but overall, it works pretty well and once the clamps are locked into place the monitors stay in place. Took a couple of hours for me to get it all set up, but it could be done quicker I'm sure. All in all, me likey!

Overdo is what I do
Size: 13"-32", Style: Single
Since my 50" monitor is under the 22lb weight limit, I decided to give this arm a shot. Nobody seems to make an arm for something as big as a 50-inch even if they don't actually weigh that much. So what happened? The arm CAN support that weight and size. The manufacturer did a great job on the materials and it assembles very easily. For a regular monitor, this arm should work great. But the clamp design is not exactly sturdy enough for my bigger screen that exceeds the intended use. Clamped to the table top alone, the pole had a serious and unsafe lean to it. I ended up reinforcing my table with three layers of plywood secured with lag bolts right through the table top. Between the layers of plywood is the table top and a steel beam that the table top sits on. So this is a ridiculously strong base. With that in place, the arm does hold the monitor in the fully retracted position. Extended, there is way too much leverage and the arm starts to lean. So don't do that. It needs to stay totally retracted to the pole. To fit my monitor, I had to get VESA extension wings and those worked fine. This provides the solution I am going to use: angle irons bolted to the wings and running down to the table. I have room to do this. The angle irons will take up most of the weight and let the arm stay vertical and let me move it around. So it will be a three-legged mount instead of one. Eh. It will work fine for me until I come up with something better. Very tempted to drill holes in the clamp base and lag bolt that to the table. Nothing is going to beat that except welding it.

27" monitor mounted easily
Style: Single Arm, Size: 13"-34", Style: Single Arm, Size: 13"-34"
I ended up getting 2 of these monitor arms for the different desks in our office, and I am happy with both of them. The arms are super easy to assemble and adjust to the tension one desires. The arms hold the position where one sets them too, and the gas pistons make it super easy to use. Each arm has a channel on the bottom that allows the wiring to be ran through and hidden, yet remaining accessible if needed. The mounting clamps hold securely and there is no wiggle whatsoever, and it is nice to have a strong feeling monitor mount. It is lightweight and compact so it doesn't feel clunky on the desk. Highly adjustable left to right, up and down, and the screen forward and backward tilt. The price is really good for the overall value and quality of the product. Just make sure to order the right mounting arm depending on the size of your monitor, and you will be fine. Nice quality and feel, and the aesthetics are great too.

Style: Dual Arms, Size: 13"-32", Style: Dual Arms, Size: 13"-32"
I got this dual monitor arm for my home office, and it’s been a total game changer. Having a dual monitor setup makes multitasking so much easier, especially for photo and video editing. Setup was incredibly quick (under 5 minutes), and it feels very secure once mounted. I really like how stable it is and how easy it is to adjust the height and angle. It also helped clear up a lot of desk space since I no longer need bulky monitor stands. Simple design, but it works perfectly. Highly recommend for both single and dual monitor setups. Great value for the price!
