This T1 is in a condition that is rarely found anymore. The car has an excellently original body. The fits of the doors are wonderfully even. The underbody appears to be very clean and unwelded. The hoods and doors have stamped dates from 1966. All the folds of the doors are clean and untouched.

Measuring with the coating thickness gauge results in very thin paint values ​​all around. The factory welding points can still be seen everywhere in the surrounding rain gutter. In the lower area of ​​the body, all beads and folds have been kept clean. Even in this area, which is sensitive for T1 models, only clean sheet metal can be seen!

The beautifully original condition continues in the interior. The Westfalia interior is complete and intact. Even the upholstery in the living area still has its original spring cores. Even the beige vinyl covers are from 1966. The dashboard and all interior surfaces still have their first coat of paint.

The car was built on April 28, 1966 at the VW plant in Hanover. The certificate from the Volkswagen Museum contains further interesting data on equipment and delivery and shows that the car still has its original combination to this day.
