And our soft, plush PureCosi™ fabric is made without added fire retardant treatments, which is better for both your child and our planet. All fabrics are machine-washable and dryer-safe.

Our infant to toddler car seat has 3 modes: rear facing car seat (5–40 lbs., 19"–40"), forward facing car seat (30–65 lbs., 34.4"–49"), belt-positioning booster car seat (40–100 lbs., 43.4"–52").

This car seat is engineered and tested to meet or exceed federal safety standards. Meets federal Side Impact standard.

Though the book overall is a bit "warped" and several of the maps are mis-printed or mis-cut as to make them unusable. 3 bad out of 300 - not horrible - again at the price I paid. If the subject interest you - I'd suggest getting - but not a "must have".
